The goal of individual therapy is to carve out time to focus on you: to discover who you truly are, what motivates you, what your ideal life looks like, and how you can achieve the changes you want to experience in your life.
My clients often want to work on issues they’re experiencing with:
- Lack of enjoyment and gratification in life
- Low self image, feeling depressed or anxious
- Challenging relationships with family and friends
- Emotional or intimacy-related difficulties in marriage
- Parenting challenges
- Overwhelming life stress
What does it feel like?
The environment in individual therapy feels like a warm, understanding, supportive chat, with questions, direction and insight to help you uncover hidden truths about yourself and your life. The experience is emotionally demanding but satisfying – and the results in your life are even more so.
How does it work?
The ideal setting for individual therapy is an in-person, face-to-face meeting. I meet with women in my offices in Ramat Beit Shemesh and in Jerusalem, at The Place in Ramat Eshkol.
If in-person doesn’t work for you, due to location or schedule constraints, I also meet with my clients over Skype.
