Individual Therapy

The goal of your individual therapy is to carve out time to focus on you: to discover who you truly are, what motivates you, what your ideal life looks like, and how you can achieve the changes you want to experience in your life.

My clients often want to work on issues they’re experiencing with:

  • Lack of enjoyment and gratification in life
  • Challenging relationships with family and friends
  • Emotional or intimacy-related difficulties in marriage
  • Parenting challenges
  • Overwhelming life stress

What does it feel like?

The environment in individual therapy feels like a warm, understanding, supportive chat, with questions, direction and insight to help you uncover hidden truths about yourself and your life. The experience is emotionally demanding but satisfying – and the results in your life are even more so.

How does it work?

The ideal setting for individual therapy is an in-person, face-to-face meeting. I meet with women in my offices in Ramat Beit Shemesh and in Jerusalem (Ramat Eshkol).

If in-person doesn’t work for you, due to location or schedule constraints, I also meet with my clients over Skype.

Journal Share

For some people, the idea of talking about their feelings is so uncomfortable and intimidating that it keeps them from going to individual therapy (link to individual therapy anchor), even when they truly want or need to.

If you’re one of these people, then Journal Share is designed just for you.

Journal Share is an effective way to express your thoughts, feelings, challenges and questions in a private and quiet way, on your own schedule. The best part? Your journal responds to you.

Within 36 hours of submitting a Journal Share entry, you can expect me to send an insightful written response. I help you understand your experiences and challenges, and lead you to the answers you seek.
